    WHITEBOARD
Whiteboards are a great way to demonstrate and collaborate in real time. You can use this for visual collaboration making meetings more interactive and to communicate easily. Below are some tools we recommend:
    CONFERENCING TIPS
    Do wear transparent makeup.
    Do use a lighting kit.
Do turn off all applications on your system prior to conferencing.
Do use a hard wired connection versus wireless when possible.
Do check your backdrop before conferencing.
Do use the Zoom help center for step by step instructions for setting up and using Zoom for your team’s needs.

    Do not wear stripes.
    Do not forget to smile.
Do not wear glasses when possible.

Please check with your IT department prior to using or purchasing plug-ins, software, hardware and ZOOM to ensure there are no conflicts.

In the event you need to use a conference room with proprietary equipment, additional licensing is sometimes required. This should not be an issue if you are using ZOOM at your individual desks.
